We’re thrilled to announce that talented Round Rock ISD students have been selected to showcase their incredible artwork at the 2026 txEDCON exhibition!

Hosted by the Texas Association of School Administrators and the Texas Association of School Boards, this event will take place at the George R. Brown Convention Center in Houston, Texas, from Oct. 8-11, 2026.

Tim Lowke, Director of Fine Arts-Visual, said, “This award continues to be an incredible testament to the high standards we set, the dedication and love for teaching and learning, and consistent student growth amidst the challenging societal and educational landscape today. Our quality program is a direct result of our community support, expectations, and the talented faculty we attract from across the state and nation to work with our students.“

The exhibition will highlight exceptional artwork from Pre-K-12th grade students, representing a variety of school districts and private schools across Texas. This event celebrates young artists and art's positive impact on our communities.
